Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. Hillshire lite or turkey smoked sausage or Polska kielbasa, sliced
4 c. vegetables
4 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. cashew nuts
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet.
Remove and drain.
In same pan, cook vegetables until tender.
Add sausage and cashews.
Cook 2 minutes until warm.
Serve over rice.
Serves 6.
