Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread cubes (3 slices)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Place bread in buttered baking dish.
    Beat the eggs and add sugar, salt, milk and water.
    Stir in vanilla and lemon peel. Pour over bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
