Reducing Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head Cabbage (chopped)
    6 large Onions (chopped)
    1 bunch Celery (chopped)
    1 can Whole Tomatoes
    Diet Butter
    Lite Salt
    1 large Green Pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and let come to a full boil for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat and let the reducing soup simmer for a full 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until vegetables are soft.
