Baked Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 slice bread
2 c. canned salmon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat milk, bread and butter in double boiler until creamy. Remove bones from salmon carefully.
Beat eggs and mix with salmon, salt, milk, bread and butter, stirring well.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold.
