High Protein "Meatless" Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. onions
    1 or 2 cloves garlic
    2 (20 oz.) cans garbanzo beans
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in bowl with hands.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown, about 1 hour.
