Bread Pot Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 firm, round loaf bread (1 1/2 lb.; 8 to 10-inches in diameter)
    2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
    assorted raw vegetables for dipping
    1 c. diced ham
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Slice off top of bread loaf, reserving top.
    Carefully hollow out inside of loaf with small paring knife, leaving 1/2-inch shell.
    Cut the removed bread into 1-inch cubes; reserve.
