Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apples
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Slice and core apples.
    In hot skillet have oil and margarine. Put sliced apples in hot skillet and fry for 5 minutes until tender.
    Add cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla and cook for 5 minutes more stirring constantly.
    Serve with pork chops or pork roast.
