Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 (20 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 box dates
    3 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
    Put lid on and leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Take out what you need.
    Put in muffin pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    This will keep a week in refrigerator.
    Good for breakfast.
    I usually leave out dates when using for breakfast.
