Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. flour
    2 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Then add carrots, pineapple and nuts, mixing after each is added.
    Bake in 3 layer pans or 1 (9 x 15-inch) sheet pan for 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
