Walnut-Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped, toasted and seasoned with garlic salt
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    1 c. celery, sliced
    3 large oranges, pared and segmented
    1/2 c. prepared French dressing
    lettuce leaves
    watercress (for garnish)
Preparation
    Marinate walnuts, shrimp, celery and oranges in French dressing a 1/2 hour before serving.
    Chill.
    Arrange on lettuce leaves for salad plates.
    Sprinkle with additional garlic salt, if desired.
    Garnish with watercress.
