Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix, prepare as directed
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened real soft
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Layer bottom of pan with coconut (after Pam).
Put pecans on top.
Mix cake mix and pour on top.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, margarine and vanilla.
Pour on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
