Unpredictable Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, mix sugar and flour well.
    Add eggs then milk, margarine, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into two (9-inch) pie pans or one deep pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until coconut browns on top and pie is set.
    No pie crust is needed. Grease pie pan to eliminate pie from sticking to pan.
