Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. sugar or 3/4 c. honey
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat sugar, oil and eggs.
Add pumpkin.
Stir.
Slowly add dry mixture and then water.
Beat until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
To double recipe, use one whole can of pumpkin.
