Lyn'S Southwestern Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (9 oz.) can Niblets corn, drained
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/4 c. salsa
1 1/2 c. crunched-up Fritos
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded (2 c.)
1 medium tomato, chopped small dice

Preparation
