Potato Salad Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    3 eggs, boiled and grated
    3 large sweet pickles or relish
    Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
    mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes. Mash hot potatoes until smooth. Drain pickles or relish and add to eggs.
    Add enough Miracle Whip or mayonnaise to allow mixture to become easy
    to stir (about 1/2 to 3/4 jar).
    Add mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover the bowl and refrigerate.
    The more time allowed in refrigerator before serving, the better the salad will be.
