Super Charged Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. frozen chocolate yogurt
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 banana
Preparation

Combine milk, frozen yogurt and peanut butter in a blender. Mix until smooth.
Cut the banana in chunks and add to blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
