Microwave Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put in microwave-safe large bowl and cook 5 minutes (more or less).
Add margarine and vanilla.
Pour into prebaked crust or graham cracker crust and store in refrigerator.
