Twice-Baked Picante Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    3/4 c. picante sauce (plus additional for serving)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in a 400\u00b0 oven until tender, about 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; cut in half.
    Scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4-inch shells.
    Combine potato pulp, picante sauce, margarine and green onions; mix well.
    Spoon into reserved shells; place on foil-lined cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven; bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are hot.
    Serve with sour cream and additional picante sauce.
