Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, boned, skinned and drained
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion, grated
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pecans.
    Refrigerate until firm. Form into ball and roll in pecans.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
