Easy Mexican Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can mild taco sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
In mixing bowl, combine beans, taco sauce, tomato sauce and onion.
Set aside 1 cup of corn chips and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
Add remaining cheese and corn chips to bean mixture.
Add meat to mixture.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and spread top with sour cream.
You may swirl sour cream into mixture.
Sprinkle top with reserved cheese and chips.
Return to oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 8.
