Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 large egg
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix well flour, sugar, walnuts, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    In a small bowl, beat egg, crushed pineapple (with its liquid), milk and margarine or butter; stir egg mixture into flour mixture just until flour is moistened. Pour batter into a greased pan.
    Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool bread.
    (Can be made as muffins, also.)
