Garlic Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 cloves garlic
    1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. strained chicken soup
    few drops Tabasco
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 eggs
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mash garlic as fine as possible.
    Add flour and saute in butter.
    Add soup stock and boil for 15 minutes.
    Strain and return to fire.
    Add seasoning.
    With soup at a boil, slip the eggs in gently one at a time so the yolk does not break.
    When the eggs are poached, serve the soup with one egg in each bowl.
    Add parsley and cheese on top.
