Wild Rice Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain/wild rice
    1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
    2 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 rib celery, finely chopped
    1/2 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Fry sausage until almost done.
    Add celery, bell pepper and onion; saute until transparent.
    Pour off grease and add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into a large, greased casserole dish.
    Bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
    (Bake for 40 minutes, covered, and 20 minutes uncovered.)
    Serves 8 to 10.
