Ingredients

2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. oil or melted butter
1 Tbsp. raw sugar or honey
1 c. unbleached flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Use a hot griddle.
Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients in order as listed.
Turn over before bubbles break.
Makes approximately 1 dozen 4-inch cakes.
