Hot Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. tomatoes with juice
    8 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    8 cayenne peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. cilantro, chopped (fresh)
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables together.
    Add vinegar and water.
    Bring to a boil for about 25 minutes.
    Put into large glass jar and refrigerate.
