Florentine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. frozen spinach
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water.
    Add 1/2 cup cold water.
    Stir in vinegar, mayonnaise and salt.
    Cool until firm. Beat, then add spinach, onion, celery and cottage cheese.
    Chill in a 9-inch square pan and cut into squares.
