Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. basket fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper and sugar
Preparation
    Clean and slice mushrooms.
    Leave small ones whole.
    Combine all other ingredients in a large jar.
    Cover and shake well, then add mushrooms and gently roll them around in the marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
    Let stand, rolling jar occasionally for several days for best results.
