East Indian Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. minced green onion
1/2 c. peanuts
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. cocoanut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chutney
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except for the chutney.
Shape into a ball and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, spread the chutney on top of the ball and serve with crackers.
