Fruit Cocktail Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 large can fruit cocktail with juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    Beat egg.
    Add fruit cocktail with juice.
    Add sifted ingredients and stir together.
    Pour into 8 x 12-inch greased pan.
    Top with brown sugar and chopped nuts.
    Bak at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
