Chocolate Sheath Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup shortening
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1 teaspoon soda
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Combine margarine, water, shortening and cocoa in saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over sifted sugar and flour.
    Mix well. Add buttermilk with soda added, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 9 X 12 pan that has been sprayed with PAM or greased and floured.
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
