Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (1 lb. can) pumpkin pie filling
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil and water.
Mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool.
Serve with cream cheese, delicious.
