Caulicheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, cooked halfway
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. (heaped) cornstarch
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. hot English mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Strain and break cauliflower into pieces, then make 1 recipe of white sauce.
    Put margarine and cornstarch in a pan; stir until melted.
    Beat in milk, a bit at a time, until it has a custardy consistency (use a wooden spoon for this).
    Add salt, pepper and mustard; pour over cauliflower in baking dish.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and golden brown.
