Barker'S Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 broiler-fryer chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut int serving pieces
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk flavored honey
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
fresh ground pepper, if desired
Preparation

In a shallow baking pan, melt butter.
Stir in honey, mustard and seasonings.
Add chicken.
Coat on all sides.
Bake, skin side down, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Turn chicken pieces.
Baste. Continue baking until chicken is tender (about 15 minutes).
Makes about 6 servings.
