Sandy'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can milk or heavy cream
    1 can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 c. milk
    1 can mandarin oranges
    3 to 4 c. dried bread, cake, cookies, etc. crumbs (enough to fill a 9 x 13-inch pan)
Preparation
    Fill a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan with dried bread, etc.
    Combine all other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over bread crumbs and let stand 15 minutes.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
