Crusty Fat-Free Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    5 c. flour
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 cups lukewarm water in large mixing bowl. Add salt and sugar, mixing well with a wooden spoon.
    Beat in enough flour, 1 cup at a time, to form a smooth ball that cleans side of bowl.
    Cover and set in warm place free of drafts for 1 1/2 hours or until double in size.
    Stir down, then turn out on lightly floured board.
    Knead a few turns, then cut in half.
    Shape each half in a loaf pan.
    Sprinkle cornmeal over loaves.
    Let rise 5 minutes, then slice tops in 4 places with sharp knife.
    Brush with water and put in cold oven with pan of boiling water on bottom rack.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
