Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/3 c. chopped fresh chives
    1/4 c. chopped black olives
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    caps from 15 large stuffing mushrooms
    stems from mushrooms, finely chopped
    salt and pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove sausage from casing.
    Crumble into a pan and saute until meat is cooked.
    Add onion, chopped mushroom stems and garlic.
    Saute until mixture is relatively dry (about 10 minutes). Take off heat.
    Stir in olives, parsley, chives and beaten eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
