Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend soup and milk.
    Arrange onion and potatoes in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole with the soup mixture.
    Salt and pepper; dot top with butter and cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
