Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour loaf pan.
    Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in pan until moistened, then beat for 1 minute.
    Stir in cranberries and nuts.
    Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool.
    Remove from pan and drizzle with glaze consisting of 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 3 teaspoons of orange juice mixed.
    Makes 1 loaf.
