Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 stick margarine
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
5 egg yolks (save whites)
2 c. flour, sifted 3 times
5 egg whites (only use 1/2 this), beaten until stiff
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream shortening and margarine.
Add sugar and beat.
Add egg yolks and beat.
Add other ingredients except egg whites and beat. Fold in egg whites.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
