Cioppino(Pronounced Chee-O-Pee-No - Italian Seafood Stew) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed, dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. crushed, dried basil
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. frozen perch fillets
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook green pepper, onion and garlic in olive oil until tender, but not brown.
    Add undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, parsley, salt, oregano, basil and pepper; bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
