Pineapple-Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. pineapple jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a 1-quart bowl.
    Chill until firm.
    Makes 8 servings.
