Cider Waldorf Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. apple cider OR apple juice
    1 3-oz. pkg. lemon jell-o
    1 c. finely chopped apple
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    Lettuce
    Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring 1 c. apple cider or juice to a boil; add jell-o and stir until dissolved.
    Stir in remaining cider or juice; chill until partially set.
    Fold in apple, celery and pecans.
    Pour into a 3 c. mold or spoon into 6 individual molds. Chill until firm.
    Unmold salad on lettuce-lined plates.
    Serve with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
