Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Raisinets
    1 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Beat in egg. Gradually add flour mixture.
    Stir in Raisinets, oats and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    Allow to stand 2 minutes before removing.
    Cool completely.
    Makes 2 dozen.
