Suzy'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk
    1 c. rice
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    pistachio (for garnish)
Preparation
    Stir cornstarch and sugar in cold milk.
    Heat the mixture until it boils.
    Add rice.
    Stir continuously until the pudding thickens and the rice is done.
    Pour in small bowls.
    Let it cool, then refrigerate.
    Garnish with pistachio, then serve.
