Crab And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box (6 oz.) long grain wild rice
    1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
    1 or 2 Tbsp. butter (1 is really enough)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. lite cream (I use diet sour cream)
    1 lb. frozen crab meat
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice, saute mushrooms in butter, stir in soup and cream. Mix until smooth.
    In 2-quart greased casserole, layer 1/2 rice, soup and cheese. Repeat. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
