Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes.
    Beat in sugar; stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Stir together flour and spices.
    Fold into pumpkin.
    Spread in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Top with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out on towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Roll towel and cake together.
    Cool.
