Mike'S Vegetable And Rice Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 cabbage, cut in chunks
    3 carrots, sliced
    broccoli, cut in small pieces
    1 to 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    1 Tbsp. margarine or oil
Preparation
    Place rice in a skillet with margarine or oil.
    Cook on medium-high
    heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients to rice.
    Cook until vegetables are tender but make sure rice doesn't get mushy.
