Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. wheat bran
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 12 cup muffin tin with margarine. Combine whole wheat flour, wheat bran, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, molasses and oil.
Add dry ingredients and mix until just moistened.
Fold in raisins.
Fill muffin tin and bake for about 15 minutes.
