Lemon Cheese Salad(Congealed) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 medium grated carrot (optional)
1 c. finely chopped celery (optional)
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Boil 1 cup water and dissolve jello.
Measure drained pineapple juice and add enough water to make 1 cup.
Add this to the jello and chill until partially set.
Soften cream cheese and mix with mayonnaise.
Add this mixture to partially
set jello and stir well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into mold or container and chill.
