Moist Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground steak
    1/2 lb. lean pork
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Combine egg and meat.
    Mix other ingredients with scalded milk.
    Let stand 10 minutes until cracker crumbs swell and form a thick mixture.
    Add to the meat and egg mixture.
    Press into loaf; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 servings.
